We are aware of the performance issues on some lower-end (2Gb RAM) devices and in Browsers. Our team is constantly working on optimizing the game, but we also have a few recommendations to improve the situation for you here and now!
For Android:
- Regularly restart your device;
- Close all background Apps while playing;
- It is also recommended to factory-reset your phone at least ~once a year to get rid of the data and cache from unnecessary or even uninstalled Apps, as this may hinder the performance.
For Web users:
- Play in Incognito, close unused tabs while playing;
- Make sure to use the latest version of Google Chrome for best experience;

I started playing the game in early 2023. I play on regular Chrome. Not Incognito.
It NEVER CRASHED for about the first 2 months of playing it, and then the Crashing started in maybe Q3 of 2023. Something Changed. Don't know what. But when it happens, the entire browser window just disappears and then a new blank/default browser window appears. There is no error message presented.
Happens very randomly, and always seems to happen when I CLICK on something.
