Sometimes you may encounter suspicious players in the game, in PvP or during Events.
We take cheaters in our game very seriously. Our anti-cheat is constantly working towards blocking suspicious accounts. We also manually track and block such accounts.
If you ever encounter cheaters in the game - make sure to report those to us using the correct request type (Cheaters -> Report a Suspicious Player).
You may not receive a reply right a way, but we're constantly checking the reported accounts.

Reported cheaters. if anything is done., it will take weeks. They have watched hundreds if not thousands leave the game over this.
Yep and will be many more but why care people are dumb enough to give money to feed their greed

I was wondering, would it be allowed to also report cheaters on this forum? Or straight towards the CW support e-mail?
I understand the need for a single point of contact (in-game Support as you mentioned), but uploading screenshots and manually typing in the links is a bit of a hassle. Uploading them over here or sending them as attachments in a mail would make that a bit easier.
Or even just being able to post the url's to those screenshots over here, if server load is a concern.

P.S. Being matched with a couple of suspicious players these last couple of days got me thinking:
Would it be possible to put these kind of accounts in a separate category (or marked in any other way) within the system so other accounts don't get matched with them until the suspicious players are cleared?
Think it would help ease a lot of frustrations when we no longer have to meet these kind of accounts in PvP, DarkTower or Brawl, while still giving the kind people in support the time they need to properly investigate the suspicious players.
OxKing_Gomez, they essentially won't do anything. There are mass extremely obvious cheaters that dozens of people have been reporting on a regular basis for months, and nothing has been done. We generally don't even see replies any more…not even the automated ones.
They say they take it seriously, but they obviously do not. They also don't respond to direct messages in discord. We even presented for consideration a panel of an in-game jury to manage some of the issue, and never go a response. We have been more than willing to be a part of the solution….zero feedback.
Current list of cheaters on my map, cheater ID: AFQLXM, BVXAQY, WTVGGG, HQYDXY.
please check and ban player id ELYKDY, player id LYYEOO, player id PFGNYM, player id RHALCU, player id OEIUPT, player id MNUUJJ, player id JRTXAO, player id SACNAB, player id ZIKUXC,player id AQJKFU, player id ZHPCUK and player id ZFVPPC,could you please ban them or close down their guild,they deserve it with so many cheaters,also in the guild intruders,there are 2 cheaters,player id GIKVVM and player id MIWXXF, i reported GIKVVM to the game's support twice,both times i got a response,that i believe it's automated,saying they will check said account and ban him,that was several weeks ago but GIKVVM still is unbanned,no way he's not a cheater, when i first faced him with my guild he was placeing 35 million troops in the turfwar every fucking day in the entire week i hope you will ban them thank you, i sent the same message to nutaku support
